Reconstruction of reality was crucial after unexpected redundancy (UK Government cuts) in mid June 2011 after 10 years as a Crown Prosecutor. I had the idea of an internet advice business. "I've been working with WMI's Attorney-Assisted Credit Improvement Alliance for approximately seven weeks. Upon receiving my Transunion Credit Report recently, I can confirm that ALL three Credit Reporting Agencies indicated deletions of negative items. However, WMI's Alliance was not completely satisfied with those results, so they are sending out MORE letters in my behalf! It did take an additional week to receive the results, but this delay was attributable to Transunion, not the Alliance. "I have always prided myself on being financially astute, particularly in the area of minimizing my taxes. When I began reviewing the WMI M1 program, I was pleasantly surprised at the depth of the information provided to help build a solid financial foundation for its customers.

I've been in touch with the office of Scott Letourneau since returning home, getting the foundation of my business in order. What a charge it put in my life to meet the founders of this unique opportunity. And the closeness I feel for all the WMI & Pure family is like, family. "Hello Kip. I haven't had the chance to meet you but I will be at the m2 event in November. I have been in mortgage banking for 17 years now and thought I was on the road to easy street accumulating 17 single family homes in conservative Minnesota. I still remember reading that laws changed (2007) and the 250k I just stuck in 2 house projects I would not be able to refinance when the projects were complete to get my money back. All of my rainy day money GONE! So I have been searching for my passion because I knew the day would come where I would be burned out from dealing with realtors, appraisers and underwriters. The day has long past but I now have some hope I can get out of this business and feel really free! I have been short selling my houses and negotiating with 2nd mortgages to settle so I can create cash flow again. It has been horrible to think that I became one of those people with late payments and struggling to get by and playing the shell game with the rental income to pay Peter and Paul.

I just wish I knew you in 2005 and I would have a lot less headaches. Right or wrong I have been strategically going delinquent to modify or alleviate high interest so all my money goes to the principle. This year I made it a priority to be coached by Bob Proctor, you may know him from the Secret. So far it has been incredible just to change my thinking and go from scarcity to abundance. I paid for his coaching, became an m3 and next is to accumulate 200k shares of in the m3 private wealth opportunities, I am at 98k currently but also keep my marriage together with 2 small kids. My wife is NOT a risk taker but she married me for my ambition I used to try and fail but now I am trying and learning and I feel that you are truly out to help people. I sold mortgages and never really got involved with following how rates were determined but have felt the rates were manipulated for a long time and can identify with the Conspiracy against Your Money.

I feel that my passion is in Wealth and Success coaching and this will help me pursue those ambitions. I know that in my definition money isn't the only component of wealth and success but it really helps to have it and to sell that you should at least know how to keep it."

"We just received the term sheet to restructure our companies (hotels). 59 million, we needed 58 million. We could only get 50 million before 7% interest at a good rate. No guarantees – We had guarantees on the other loan we had been working on Interest only for 2 years…

This means the difference between keeping all the hotels or losing a couple and Bob and my guarantees being called. Without Wealth Masters we would not have this. This also will put us in the position to market the hotels once they are under one umbrella.

I have not spent a lot of time on the business in the last few months as I have been transitioning my schedule as a pastor to prepare for our future with WMI. This has been by design to coincide with the m3 in Jamaica, so my wife could really catch the vision with me. We have big plans and I intend to be on the award stage a lot in Vegas.
