As Chief Medical Officer of PURE, Dr. Becky is the guiding visionary behind product development and quality. CHARISSE BANKETT - First Impressionist & Executive Assistant
If it's true that you never get a second chance to make a first impression, then we're fortunate to have Charisse Bankett representing WMI in the front office. She makes every impression count covering the phones and giving every visitor a VIP welcome. She keeps them hidden but we know she must have at least two extra hands to be able to do all that so efficiently. Her generous spirit and lively sense of humor make her part of the family here and she's always helping out with extra support calls and handling logistics for all of the office staff with professional flair.

DAN MAES - Business Consultant, PURE
After making his professional mark in the high technology world, Dan answered his entrepreneurial calling and became an elite top producer in the network marketing industry. He and his wife, Dr. Becky, were instrumental in taking a nutritional startup to $1B in revenue in just 6 years. Along the way he created substantial wealth for many people and found a passion for teaching others to do the same. As Business Consultant with PURE, Dan will bring his exceptional marketing mind to helping our community overcome limitations, build confidence and develop the daily habits that lead to success. DANNY HERRERA - Accounting Specialist.
If there was a tough task that no one else had the time to do, it always found its way to Danny's desk. Thing about Danny was that he never complained. He just got it done and kept charging. That's when he was an intern and he's still the "go to" guy now that his work ethic landed him a promotion to being a full time staffer. He has proven his value and versatility time and time again and is now the right hand man for our accounting department, taking on important data assignments and keeping our systems running accurately and smoothly. The guy is resilient and unstoppable and, like his coworkers, a true asset to the team.

DAVID JUE - Project & Graphic Design Specialist Without David there would be no banners, no badges, no pins, no programs at our live events and our web pages would be really, really boring. His eye for design adds sparkle to everything we do. In addition, he's in demand for editing audio and video clips, keeping online information up to date in the back office and maintaining all the training call recordings in the members areas. David's software skills are second to none and in addition to all he does as a key player on our creative team, he also devotes a big part of his work day to member support. What makes David especially valuable is is cooperative and helpful spirit.

DIRK SMITH - Wealth Accelerator Co-Creator
People are often amazed that the Wealth Accelerator is included at no extra cost in every m1 Masters Program and every mPOWER study course. Financial planning systems with less power and features sometimes sell for thousands of dollars. Many people know Dirk from the m1 as the co-creator of the Wealth Accelerator system, but a lot of people don't know that Dirk works tirelessly with our entire community, coaching them not only on how to use this amazing system, but also how to incorporate it into their marketing efforts. Dirk is a caring mentor who gives his time generously.

EDDIE ASIANO - Producer/Director of Global Events
After too much time as a kid watching Gilligan's Island and Speed Racer, a career in television was inevitable. Sorting mail at a San Francisco TV station quickly became an Emmy Award-winning career producing documentary films, commercials and television entertainment. In 1997 he founded Seventh Dream Pictures to pioneer new directions in corporate multi-media, web films and live event extravaganzas from Sydney to Italy, Cape Town to Cancun. Eddie comes to WMI with ten years experience in network marketing and a commitment to convey to the world your very personal stories of hope and triumph.

HENRY SWASEY - Senior Project Manager
At WMI live events around the world, you may just think he's one of those "guys in the black shirts" grabbing pictures. As a professional photographer, he is really good at that, but he brings so much more to the WMI team. Henry has made himself indispensable in just about every area of technology, handling hardware, software and communications support and providing hands on leadership of a wide variety of media projects. So next time you see him behind the camera, you'll know that's just the tip of the iceberg. He has his hands on just about every aspect of WMI's public image.

JASHIN HOWELL - Director of Marketing
We see him as an entrepreneurial icon, but what Jashin wants people to see first and foremost is his devotion to his wife and children. The commitment level he brings to being a solid family man is the same commitment that makes him successful in business. His marketing innovations are behind some of the biggest names in the network marketing industry and we're fortunate to have a creative force like Jashin on our side. He's involved in creating WMI tools and systems that allow our community to build leverage that leads to true residual income.

JEREMY MINER - Vice President of Business Development
Don't let this man fool you. It's a documented fact that success came very early to Jeremy and although he didn't have to "struggle" for money out of college (he was already a seasoned entrepreneur by then) it would be a mistake to assume that he did not work really hard for it. Underneath his relaxed, easy-going manner and his welcoming way with people is a core of relentless self-discipline. She works closely with Morgan Johnson and the operations team to ensure that all the subtle touches are in place to make your experience comfortable, memorable (in a good way) and worthy of the Wealth Masters name. Her background in high-end event planning makes her an asset to the WMI team and she also happens to be married to our Vice President of Internet Strategy... we have to wonder if Ryan made her "opt in" online. Jessica is a born hostess and you'll be in expert hands at your next WMI event.

JOHN LAVENIA - Director of Consultant Development
They say that your income will ultimately only rise as high as your level of personal development. John is living proof because he's made overcoming limitations... and coaching others to do the same... his mission in life. He likes to say that "the only truth that matters is the truth that's alive in you" and he lives that statement every day by helping others put knowledge into action. We're fortunate to have author, speaker and network marketing veteran John Lavenia in place as our Director of Consultant Development, helping our members to manifest their dreams through action.

JULIO CHAPA - Marketing Specialist

Here's a success story that will inspire anyone and everyone. Morgan began her WMI career as an entry level staffer and now oversees the inner workings of the entire WMI operation. How did she do it? Each day, Morgan has her arms around accounting, staffing, events, logistics, executive support and more and still finds time to listen, learn and love. NICK STRAUB - Support Specialist
We don't know how he does it but we sure appreciate it. Somehow Nick manages a full time college class schedule and still delivers results in just about every department in the WMI office. He started out with WMI as a part time intern while he was still in high school and quickly achieved mastery in numerous mission-critical tasks and systems that keep the entire staff productive. We know that Nick is going to go far in life with his courtesy, his work ethic and his professional standards, but we hope he doesn't go too far... we want him to stay right here helping you.

PER GUNNAR HOEM - Vice President of Marketing, Europe
In addition to all of our U.S. based team members, we are very proud to introduce our very first corporate staffer in Europe! Per Gunnar Hoem is known and loved by many in our worldwide community for his moving success story as a marketer. Because of his exceptional focus and leadership, he was a natural choice to be our first European Vice President of Marketing. In this capacity, Per Gunnar will oversee expansion throughout Europe and assist in the development of international presentation materials and marketing tools. In addition, he will play a key role on our executive team supporting the European launch of PURE.

RYAN FLEMING - Assistant Vice President of Accounting
Sales and commissions are the life blood of your business, and nobody protects your interests with more diligence than Ryan Fleming. He came to us as an entry-level support staffer in accounting and quickly demonstrated his abilities as a self starter who gets things done. As our Assistant Vice President of Accounting, Ryan handles incoming payments, commission and award calculations, merchant account management, receivables, payables and just about every other detailed task having to do with the "circulation" system in WMI's worldwide business.

RYAN NELSON - Vice President of Internet Strategy

Ryan has been responsible for the SEO success of big name entertainers and media companies and has developed an expertise in online marketing that is second to none. But that's only part of the story. Underneath that inventor's mind is a heart of gold and you would be amazed at the amount of midnight oil he burns coming up with ideas to help every WMI family member get a competitive edge online. Ryan is a true marketing innovator and is dedicated to keeping you armed with the most cutting edge internet tools attainable.

TIM McDONNELL - Vice President of Communications
Being our resident "creative type" we have to reel him back into the real world now and then, but Tim brings a fun balance to our home office team. He's spent most of his professional life with the written and spoken word and is a passionate champion for the WMI message. You'll find him leading our WMI Academy programs, working on product development and immersed in the details of all of our outgoing communications. He also serves as master of ceremonies for our live events and applies his radio and television background to support our various media projects.

TROY ALLEN - Chief Technology Officer
Troy's resume almost looks too good to be true... except... it's true. Not only is he a highly accomplished information technology expert, he also happens to be a seasoned network marketing industry veteran. Finding one person who has top executive skill in both disciplines is extremely rare, but we found him and we're keeping him. Troy oversees the use of technology in every area of our business, from marketing to accounting to communications. Troy is also a former U.S. Marine who earned a highly competitive spot in the USMC enlisted commissioning program and he brings this same drive to creating systems that give you a big advantage.
