I left the corporate IT world because, although I had a professional career, great perks and friendly co-workers, I was looking for something else. What most people want is to be fulfilled and do work that comes naturally to them, through using the gifts and talents they have to offer.

I too felt I had more to offer the world and it wasn't thr career I was locked in.  So when the opportunity of voluntary redundancy presented itself I took the plunge and haven't looked back since.



Nobel Prize Winning Economist and Advisor to two US Presidents, has said “In today’s world, working for yourself is actually the safer route, and working for a corporation has become the riskier propositions.” I concur with this, as we see so many people now being laid off, and this trend is sure to continue.
