About Courtney Wilding

Allow me to introduce myself.

My name is Courtney Wilding. My passion is helping others achieve their goals and dreams.  I run mulitple businesses including Wealth Masters International marketed throught a complete Online Marketing system (more on this later). I am a multi award winning Business Coach and founder CEO of Puregain Ltd a business  coaching company.

My online business is made up of a comprehensive marketing & training portal linked with Wealth Master International a Top Tier Hybrid Business Model.   This model offers a powerful business option for serious minded people looking for change in their life.

Prior to establishing my businesses I developed a highly successful career within the Financial Services Industry, was a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute and qualified at the Advanced Financial Planning Certificate level.

 

During this time in my life I worked long hours, and invested $000’s and energy in my personal development with particular emphasis on marketing, sales, leadership and corporate financial planning.  I earned an excellent reputation for managing, coaching and training teams and individuals to achieve outstanding results. However, all that glitters is not gold!   The higher up the corporate ladder I climbed, the more I became enmeshed in company politics and surrounded by people who would do anything to get to the ‘so called’ top, including walking over anyone and everyone.

 

It began to dawn on me my ladder was up the wrong wall and I was well and truly ‘UP  IT’ without a Parachute…

 

I knew deep down I had spent 20 years, slogging up one step at a time to meet someone else’s goals and someone else’s financial freedom.  This stark reality hit me hard and I felt trapped, but, the thought of jumping off the ladder was… scary.


“Should I jump, should I climb, I can’t just hang on this rung for another 25 years; I don’t know where you buy Parachutes.”   “Oh God…”

 

I started to hate my boss, and it wasn’t his fault! He was up his own ladder!


I decided my future would be based around my coaching, marketing and speaking skills so I made the decision to leave the corporate world along with the pay check,  and set up my coaching  and  internet marketing business and have never looked back for the ladder.


When I decided to set up an internet-business I had one nagging doubt about making money working online, I had zero knowledge and no experience whatsoever.  Luckily I found the complete package where all the training and help I needed was provided.    I have relished the challenge of learning new skills, though to be honest, at times my head hurt, but it was all worth some tempory pain!    One tip I would like to pass on to you right aways is this…


Don’t believe anyone who tells you its quick easy to profit from any sort of business be it offline or online. Making serious money takes determination, know-how, work,  skills, commitment, direction, energy, focus, investment, plus a large bottle of headache tablets for those moments when it goes a little wacky, and trust me it will!


In this  age of the downturn, recession, financial meltdown and credit crunch,  creating your own security and lifestyle is no longer an option; it’s a necessity, and something to take very seriously.    And here is something else I have learnt; the Internet is  the best place to create that security and lifestyle.


Today I own my life and this is because I evaluated and took the risks, was prepared to pay the price in terms of money, energy and time investment.    Susan and myself are blessed to have a wonderful daughter and two toddler grandsons who we love dearly,  we have a large circle of friends and business acquaintances.   We enjoy freedom and because of this we decided two years ago to move from the UK  and live in South France where it is sunny a lot of the time, and we are surrounded by stunning landscape and the Pyrenees. Also I now find time to trade the Forex market and pursue my passion for Painting.


The joy of this type of freedom cannot be overstated. No more suits, ties, traffic, early morning rush hour, politics, etc. I can say from personal experience that if you currently don’t have that feeling you get from freedom, it’s worth doing whatever it takes  (legally of course!) to attain it.
